Purchase once made on Accountancy Ace cannot be canceled, refunded, assigned, or re-assigned to anyone else by the purchaser. Cancellation can be made only and only on account of delivery failure by us within 21 days from the committed date of shipment.

The cancellation request must contain the following: Proof of payment and Reason for cancellation.
